Prin desc\u0103rcarea \u0219i utilizarea acestui software furnizat de TaxiClub (aplica\u021bia mobil\u0103 TaxiClub &#8211; Driver) pe dispozitivul dvs. mobil, sunte\u021bi de acord s\u0103 respecta\u021bi ace\u0219ti termini de utilizare.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Desc\u0103rcarea \u0219i utilizarea aplica\u021biei<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pentru a desc\u0103rca \u0219i utiliza aplica\u021bia mobil\u0103 TaxiClub &#8211; Driver, trebuie s\u0103 locui\u021bi sau s\u0103 v\u0103 afla\u021bi pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova. La fel, s\u0103 ave\u021bi un dispozitiv mobil cu suport Internet.<\/li>\n<li>Pute\u021bi utiliza aplica\u021bia mobil\u0103 TaxiClub &#8211; Driver pe \u00eentreg teritoriul Republicii Moldova. Cu toate acestea, pentru a utiliza func\u021bia de plat\u0103 \u0219i alte caracteristici op\u021bionale ale aplica\u021biei mobile TaxiClub &#8211; Driver, trebuie s\u0103 v\u0103 \u00eenregistra\u021bi ca utilizator al acestei aplica\u021bii mobile.<\/li>\n<li>Prin \u00eenregistrarea ca utilizator al aplica\u021biei mobile TaxiClub &#8211; Driver, va trebui s\u0103 furniza\u021bi informa\u021bii personale, inclusiv numele dvs., num\u0103rul de telefon mobil \u0219i numarul ma\u0219inei dvs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>NOT\u0102: TaxiClub garanteaz\u0103 tuturor utilizatorilor s\u0103i c\u0103 informa\u021biile personale vor r\u0103m\u00e2ne confiden\u021biale. Nu o folosim sau o public\u0103m \u00een scopuri personale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Termeni de utilizare<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sunte\u021bi de acord c\u0103 numai dvs. ave\u021bi permisiunea de a accesa \u0219i de a folosi aplica\u021bia TaxiClub-Driver pentru uz personal \u00een timpul slujbei. Nu trebuie s\u0103 permite\u021bi altor \u0219oferi s\u0103 utilizeze num\u0103rul dvs. de cont sau permisul de conducere. Nu trebuie s\u0103 utiliza\u021bi aplica\u021bia TaxiClub-Driver \u00een alte scopuri.<\/li>\n<li>Nu trebuie s\u0103 accepta\u021bi nici o comand\u0103 \u00een numele unui alt conduc\u0103tor auto sau nici o comand\u0103 pe care nu o pute\u021bi efectua \u00een timpul necesar. Dac\u0103 a\u021bi acceptat comanda \u0219i, din anumite motive, nu o pute\u021bi implementa, trebuie s\u0103 o anula\u021bi imediat.<\/li>\n<li>Garanta\u021bi c\u0103 sunte\u021bi:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&#8211; un \u0219ofer de taxi \u00eenregistrat cu permis de conducere valabil nerestric\u021bionat moldovenean sau european, cu o experien\u021b\u0103 opera\u021bional\u0103 \u00eentr-un taxi de cel pu\u021bin 12 luni;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; ave\u021bi un permis de conducere valabil nerestric\u021bionat moldovenean sau european pentru conducerea unei ma\u0219ini \u00eenchiriate, cu cel pu\u021bin 12 luni de experien\u021b\u0103 \u00eentr-un taxi;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; sunte\u021bi de acord s\u0103 respecta\u021bi toate legile \u0219i reglement\u0103rile aplicabile care reglementeaz\u0103 func\u021bionarea taxi-ului \/ \u00eenchirierea de ma\u0219ini \u00een conformitate cu utilizarea TaxiClub-Driver.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Con\u021binut, date \u0219i software TaxiClub &#8211; Driver sunt proprietatea TaxiClub sau ter\u021be p\u0103r\u021bi \u0219i sunt protejate prin drepturi de autor \u0219i de confiden\u021bialitate. Nu trebuie sa ascunde\u021bi, \u0219terge\u021bi sau modifica\u021bi notele legale \u0219i alte date, m\u0103rcile comerciale, logo-uri sau informa\u021bii despre TaxiClub &#8211; Driver. Nu ave\u021bi dreptul s\u0103 dezv\u0103lui\u021bi informa\u021bii confiden\u021biale despre cum func\u021bioneaz\u0103 TaxiClub-Driver. Nu duplica\u021bi, descarca\u021bi, publica\u021bi, modifica\u021bi sau distribui\u021bi aplica\u021bii TaxiClub &#8211; Driver, \u00een cazul \u00een care aceste ac\u021biuni nu sunt autorizate de c\u0103tre TaxiClub.<\/li>\n<li>Trebuie s\u0103 utiliza\u021bi aplica\u021bia mobil\u0103 TaxiClub &#8211; Driver, telefon mobil \u0219i servicii \u00een scopul urm\u0103rit. Nu trebuie s\u0103 utiliza\u021bi TaxiClub &#8211; Driver, telefon mobil sau servicii pentru a trimite \/ stoca orice material ilegal sau nedorit, precum \u0219i pentru scopuri frauduloase. Dac\u0103 b\u0103nui\u021bi c\u0103 exist\u0103 un comportament fraudulos \u00een aplica\u021bia TaxiClub-Driver, trebuie s\u0103 anun\u021ba\u021bi TaxiClub.<\/li>\n<li>Nu trebuie s\u0103 utiliza\u021bi aplica\u021bia TaxiClub-Driver dac\u0103 aceasta provoac\u0103 iritare sau inconveniente pasagerilor.<\/li>\n<li>Nu trebuie s\u0103 \u00eentrerupe\u021bi func\u021bionarea corect\u0103 a aplica\u021biei TaxiClub-Driver.<\/li>\n<li>Nu trebuie s\u0103 \u00eencerca\u021bi \u00een vreun fel s\u0103 influen\u021ba\u021bi func\u021bionarea aplica\u021biei TaxiClub-Driver.<\/li>\n<li>Trebuie s\u0103 salva\u021bi parola contului dvs. sau orice alte informa\u021bii de identificare care v\u0103 permit s\u0103 accesa\u021bi Serviciul.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Legea privind proprietatea intelectual\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TaxiClub are o licen\u021b\u0103 valabil\u0103 pentru a utiliza toate drepturile de autor, m\u0103rcile comerciale \u0219i alte drepturi de proprietate intelectual\u0103, legate de aplica\u021bie mobil\u0103 TaxiClub-Driver. Toate drepturile de proprietate asupra aplica\u021biei mobile TaxiClub-Driver (cu excep\u021bia dreptului de a utiliza aplica\u021bia mobil\u0103 TaxiClub \u00een conformitate cu ace\u0219ti termeni \u0219i condi\u021bii) r\u0103m\u00e2n \u00een exclusivitate la TaxiClub \u0219i \/ sau la licen\u021biatorii s\u0103i (dup\u0103 caz).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Limitarea r\u0103spunderii<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00cen m\u0103sura permis\u0103 de lege, \u00een orice caz, TaxiClub, directori, angaja\u021bi, agen\u021bi, parteneri, sau orice alt\u0103 parte implicat\u0103 \u00een crearea, producerea sau livrarea aplica\u021biilor mobile (reprezentan\u021bi) TaxiClub-Driver (\u00een conformitate cu ace\u0219ti termeni \u0219i condi\u021bii) nu duc responsabilitate pentru utilizarea necorespunz\u0103toare sau incapacitatea de a utiliza aplica\u021bia mobil\u0103 TaxiClub-Driver, inclusiv, orice pierdere sau deteriorare pe care le puteti suporta, ca urmare a:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&#8211; orice erori, viru\u0219i, troieni etc. (indiferent de sursa de origine);<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; ac\u021biuni sau inac\u021biuni ale altor utilizatori sau \u0219oferii TaxiClub;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Suspendarea sau pierderea accesului la aplica\u021bia mobil\u0103 TaxiClub-Driver sau la oricare dintre func\u021biile sale;<\/p>\n<p>\u0219i \/ sau<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; utilizarea neautorizat\u0103 a contului aplica\u021biei mobile TaxiClub-Driver.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Recunoa\u0219te\u021bi c\u0103 aplica\u021bia mobil\u0103 TaxiClub-Driver este oferit\u0103 gratuit \u0219i, prin urmare, excluderile de r\u0103spundere men\u021bionate \u00een acest paragraf sunt corecte \u0219i rezonabile.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Adi\u021bional<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>TaxiClub \u00ee\u0219i poate transfera drepturile sau obliga\u021biile (\u00een conformitate cu ace\u0219ti termeni \u0219i condi\u021bii) c\u0103tre o alt\u0103 persoan\u0103 juridic\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 acordul sau notificarea dvs.<\/li>\n<li>Dac\u0103 o clauz\u0103 a acestor termeni se dovede\u0219te a fi inutil\u0103, aceast\u0103 clauz\u0103 va fi modificat\u0103 la minimul necesar pentru a se asigura c\u0103 ace\u0219ti termeni \u0219i condi\u021bii au aceea\u0219i for\u021b\u0103 \u0219i sunt \u00eendeplinite de to\u021bi utilizatorii.<\/li>\n<li>TaxiClub-Driver poate modifica periodic ace\u0219ti termeni \u0219i condi\u021bii prin postarea unei versiuni actualizate pe site-ul TaxiClub. Verifica\u021bi periodic condi\u021biile publicate pe site-ul TaxiClub. Driver Mobile App, you must be resident in Moldova and have an internet-enabled eligible mobile device.<\/li>\n<li>You may use the TaxiClub &#8211; Driver Mobile App on all the territory of Moldova. \u00a0However, in order to utilise the payment functionality and other functionality of the TaxiClub &#8211; Driver Mobile App, you must register as a TaxiClub &#8211; Driver Mobile App account holder.<\/li>\n<li>When you register as a TaxiClub &#8211; Driver Mobile App Account Holder, you will be asked to provide personal information, including your name, mobile telephone number.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>NOTE: TaxiClub insures all its users that their personal information will stay private. We do not use or publish it for any personal purposes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions of Use<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>You agree that you are only authorised to access and utilise the TaxiClub &#8211; Driver Mobile App for your own personal use during a shift under your taxi\/hire car licence and\/or applicable driver authority. You may not allow any other driver to use your account number or driver authority. You must not use the TaxiClub &#8211; Driver Mobile App in any other capacity whatsoever.<\/li>\n<li>You must not accept any job on behalf of another driver or any job that you cannot complete within the required timing (or which a reasonable driver would consider could not be completed within the required timing). If you accept a job and subsequently believe you will not be able to or cannot complete it for any reason, you must cancel it immediately.<\/li>\n<li>You warrant that you are either:\n<ul>\n<li>a registered taxi driver with a current unrestricted Moldovan drivers licence for at least 12 months in the preceding 2 years if you drive a taxi;<\/li>\n<li>you have a hire car driver authority and a current unrestricted Moldovan drivers licence for at least 12 months in the preceding 2 years if you drive a hire car;<\/li>\n<li>you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the operation of your taxi\/hire car consistent with your use of the TaxiClub &#8211; Driver Mobile App.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The content, data and software on the TaxiClub &#8211; Driver Mobile App is the property of TaxiClub or its third party licensors and is protected by copyright and confidentiality.
